Mary Berroeta

Give us a few months and Mary is going to have most of us speaking Spanish. We are so excited to have Mary on our team of artists. From the moment she walked in the group has embraced her. She is full of love and is so helpful. Mary speaks mostly Spanish but together we are blending our languages and learning to communicate together.

Mary’s sister reports that Mary stopped painting years ago when someone made fun of her. Since joining our program Mary has painted for the first time in 50 years. Mary says she loves coming to NCA, loves being needed by her new group of friends and doesn’t want it to end.
